Project Happyness #4: Keep Calm and Smile!

Project Happyness #4:

Got into the mood of exercising! Swam for 1.2km today. My body doesn’t seems to belong me now. lol!

Today something irritates me. The old me might get the anger out, but nowadays I try not to think about it and let it go. Studies shows that when we expressed anger related to minor irritating stuffs often amplifies bad feelings, and not expressing anger often allows it to dissipate.
